We offer standard and premium white-glove delivery across the country. In-stock items typically arrive within 7-14 working days, while custom-made sofas and furniture may take 8-12 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer financing or flexible payment plans?
Yes, we provide several interest-free credit options and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' plans through our finance partners to help you spread the cost of your new furniture.
Can I request fabric samples before I buy?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of texture and color, so you can order up to six free fabric swatches through our website to test in your own home lighting.
What is your return policy for furniture?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. Please note that items must be in their original condition, and bespoke or made-to-order pieces are subject to specific cancellation fees.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All NCF Living furniture comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's guarantee. Many of our sofa frames also include an extended 10-year structural warranty for extra peace of mind.
Will the delivery team assemble my furniture?
If you select our Premium Delivery service, our expert team will not only deliver the items to your room of choice but will also handle full assembly and remove all packaging materials.
